Jinx Food Truck is hands down the best bao I have had in my life and the best lunch restaurant in Gothenburg!. They are only open from 11.30 – 3 on weekdays and 12 – 3 on weekends and the queue can get quite long but it is so worth it!. The food truck is located on Magasinsgatan so we often get coffee from De Matteo and bao from Jinx and sit and eat them in the courtyard in the sun!
