Restaurante O Porton is lauded for its incredibly fresh and abundant seafood dishes, particularly the paella and seafood platters, often at reasonable prices. While many praise the attentive and friendly service, some reviewers note potential language barriers and longer wait times due to the restaurant's popularity. A few diners have had disappointing experiences with service and food quality, suggesting inconsistency.
"Had a fantastic seafood lunch, the owner is very friendly and so is the staff. There were 5 of us ladies and we shared a seafood platter for four people. Two ladies had the galician soup, very hearty, but a little salty. Very reasonably priced. Would definitely go back if I am in the area."
