El Bar El Corcho, que tiene en sus croquetas y el bacalao sus grandes joyas culinarias, es otro de los mejores restaurantes de Valladolid. Este pequeño local, situado cerca de la Plaza Mayor, ofrece una croqueta cremosa de jamón que se derrite en la boca y unos deliciosos buñuelos de bacalao en tempura, que te dejarán sin palabras. Aunque en el local hay pocas mesas, atienden muy rápido y hay mucha rotación de comensales.
