When we asked whether a certain product contained a specific allergen (e.g. egg), no one in the entire restaurant could give a clear answer. The response we got was literally: 'Maybe yes, maybe no.' That’s concerning for people with food allergies."

"My visit to this Burger King in Torrevieja was very disappointing. Upon entering, I got the impression that the place was dirty, and the order number screen wasn't working properly, which made it hard to track my order.
What was supposed to be a quick meal turned into a 40-minute wait at the counter, as I had no other way to check if my order was ready. To make things worse, communication with the staff in English was practically impossible.
It was definitely chaos. This entire experience was a sharp contrast to my visit to McDonald's the day before, where my food was brought to my table in under 10 minutes. This Burger King truly needs to learn from its competition.
Additionally, there was a lack of table number cards, which made it impossible to wait comfortably. This place has only negatives, and I definitely do not recommend it."
