"The best way to get a gourmet experience of a Michelin/5 star hotel meal. With 10 dishes and 4 desserts, you go through a journey of flavors while the waiters practice their service. Approximately 3 hours, ending with a coffee and more sweets. You need to come hungry, even though it seems they are small portions, you get full fast, try not to eat to much bread. They change the menu every season. We didn't have dinner the same day. Nice way to keep traveling in Toledo later as well, seeing it during nighttime. You need to reserve with them before as it gets full. Prices went up since the first time our friends went, it used to cost 10€ and now 35€ (not including drinks) but as a one time experience still kinda worth it. Aw, and if you have anything you don't eat you can tell them and they will find a creative way to change it which is great."

Additionally, the trainees misplaced the cutlery on several plates and on the tables that I could see. I was wondering if they were boycotting the restaurant, because they also poured water when serving it.
We will try one more time in the hope that it will return to what it was, especially in its early days.

He ido en muchas ocasiones porque siempre he disfrutado mucho. Una vez por trimestre desde hace años.
Ésta vez me ha defraudado.
El precio del menú de invierno es 39,5 €.
En esta ocasión, aumenta el numero de platos que se comen con las manos, no siempre es fácil. Además la comida no es sabrosa. El postre sin ninguna gracia: una porción de tarta de queso muy grande con algo de chocolate blanco que no sabia a chocolate. Nada especial.

Además, los aprendices colocan mal los cubiertos en varios platos y en las mesas que pude ver. Me preguntaba si estaban boicoteando al restaurante, porque también vertieron agua al servirla.
Probaremos una vez más con la esperanza de que vuelva a ser lo que fue, sobre todo en sus primeros tiempos."
