Reviews Summary
Restaurante Casares offers a memorable dining experience with its spectacular views of the aqueduct and delicious traditional Spanish cuisine, particularly the cochinillo. While many praise the attentive service and flavorful dishes, some diners found the food to be average or overpriced, and a few mentioned issues with service attentiveness.
"This is an amazing place to visit. Our server was wonderful, we were offered delicious starters of shrimp and potato paste on bread. The olive oil is fragrant and has a wonderful taste with bread.
We ordered the signature cochinillo and cod tapas with smashed potatoes in sausage sauce… just delicious. And to end with phenomenal desert!
If we were staying longer we would have visited again."

"Service was great but food was amazing. We had the fried prawns, king prawn and mango salad and the tomato , eggplant and goats cheese salad. More than enough for 2 people. Definitely the best food we have had in spain and the views from the restaurant Wow! Segovia is my favourite town too."

"I try to avoid touristy places and prefer to eat somewhere in the backstreets. But we had a limited time in Segovia and my friend wanted to stay near the view so we picked this place. Unfortunately the kitchen was still about to open and we had no time for a sit down take your time meal. We went inside for a few tapas and drinks. It didn't give me an impression of being touristy at all . Lots of Spanish enjoying their drinks and pintxos. Cheap as chips. Great dining area downstairs and upstairs too . Seems like there's a food wine list.
Can't wait to be back for a proper meal."
