"We entered La Bombi completely by chance and it was the best decision of our Santander stay ! The bar tender immediately welcomed us although it was already busy. He made sure we had a table (as the restaurant only opens at 21h, everyone waits at the bar)
The food was outstanding: very nice clams to start, then we chose the solomillo (beef). It was absolutely out of this world. I took the one with salt, my husband with the anjovis sauce - we recommend both. You do need to like red meat rare/max medium rare. Excellent wine list and friendly service by the staff and restaurant manager. We will definitely come back !"
