"My son Sam and I had lunch at the gastroteca section (not at the restaurant) in the outdoor area, just on the street. We ordered to start a succession of tapas and each one was creative and surprising and anchored in traditional ingredients. Then we finished with a very traditional and delicious grilled beef steak. The wine list was excellent and included both interesting Spanish as well as international bottlings. The Torello Pal-Lid corpinat brut rose was out of this world, supported all the dishes we ate and provided the needed refreshment in a torrid day during our Salamanca visit.
