"5 stars all the way. They gave us a free drink upon arrival, and the views are amazing looking out over the sea towards Fuerteventura.
It's a top quality restaurant with really good prices.
The food was amazing and the staff were very polite and courteous. Would definitely recommend this restaurant."

"A really tough review to write because I so wanted it to be amazing.

Food:
- Looked exceptional but too complex and far too much for a starter. For example, the croquettes.
- The smashed eggs were just fried eggs and chips with cheese. Not even smashed.
- My garlic prawn stew was just prawns with garlic. Not a stew.
- Croquettes were too gloopy, though a good flavour.

Service:
- The guy outside was very welcoming with a beautiful smile.
- On entering the restaurant the tall slim guy in the blue jacket was lovely because he engaged us very well with a warm welcome, and conversation.
- The older guy in the navy jacket, who takes the money, was very cold and sterile. Almost dismissive that we were there.
- Service was a case of too many people. We were served by 5 different people, so when I asked for extra bread it was forgotten and never delivered.
- I asked for a Gin and Tonic, which took me 3 tries to explain what I wanted.

Atmosphere:
- A Happy Birthday celebration every 10 minutes was very jarring. Almost like a cheap kid’s restaurant serving chicken nuggets and chips.
- The theme was exceptional. Clean and easy on the eye, making you feel special. Plus, the rooftop bar looked very inviting.
- With such a large space the restaurant needs breaking up into rooms, split level, or something that stops the space feeling like a canteen.

Overall, the restaurant was trying to be exceptional, and could be. It unfortunately failed on a number of levels.

If you are going to charge those prices, and compete with Lani’s (See my review), then this restaurant has to be a lot better on many fronts.

"We have been to this place 3 times now and each time the food has been excellent. Service can be slightly hit and miss between excellent and good but on each occasion it has been very pleasant. The vibe is very chilled and the location is excellent. We enjoy the fact it’s above the hustle and bustle of the Main Street and it feels like a completely different world listening to music and looking out to see. Unfortunately there isn’t a specific children’s menu but our toddler shared one of the pizzas ordered which worked. The cocktail menu is varied and extensive and there is a decent selection of mocktails which is a pleasant surprise as a lot of places just offer a San Francisco and that’s all. We enjoy it here and will be back to try a sunset one day."
