"I am convinced this region of Spain has the best food of any place I have ever visited. And this place is no exception. My wife and I visited in July and came here on a whim. Not knowing they are heavy on the reservation system in this area, we got one of the last reservations of the evening and waited. My wife wanted paella. We did not know until we went to order that they only do paella for lunch. The guy who was taking reservations saw that we were disappointed so he gave us a free dessert and 2 free cocktails at the bar. We ordered a salad and the fried seafood plate. It was all amazing. Very flavorful! The dessert was a pistachio cheesecake. Also very delicious. Great service and right next to the beach. The bar was cool too, very chill atmosphere. What more could you ask for."

"Very disappointing… We were just in La Manga for the day so I’d been looking for somewhere to eat dinner over there and was swayed by the many, many positive reviews. But the reality was quite different. The beachfront location is great and the table settings are nice. But the food was just okay at best, the prices were comparatively high and the service was just plain awful. I also noticed that all non-locals were seated in the glass, indoor area at the back, whilst locals were given the best tables. I pushed for an outdoor table and was told they were all reserved but over 2 hours later there were at least 5 outdoor tables that had remained unused throughout - they definitely discriminate in deciding who can sit outside and enjoy the view."

"I read all the positive reviews and was curios. Don’t understand the hype.
Just a jacked up Chiringuito with stunning view. And I‘m referring to the prices as well.
Food was not outstanding but ok.
Service definitely needs some training.
And please F&B manager, if the girls don‘t have nice figures/legs, PLEASE DON‘t let them wear Hotpants 😱"
