"We went to this restaurant specifically to have salmorejo, which most restaurants in Merida do not seem to have, despite being unbearably hot in August. I have to say that this was the best salmorejo I've had in my life. We licked the plates until they were clean. They have local artisan beers, including a pretty good IPA. Their desserts are also very good. The service was fast and staff were very friendly."
