Close to the Maspalomas Dunes, Time Maspalomas is the town’s most charming Italian restaurant. Though the small, independent locale doesn’t have beautiful seaside views (which many of the best restaurants in Maspalomas offer), the experience at Time’s is highlighted by the friendly staff and superior menu, comprised of homemade dishes. The atmosphere is relaxed, welcoming and cozy.

We felt that probably no restaurant in Meloneras that we visited catered to anyone but tourists, except (perhaps) Time. Time is not a fantastic restaurant by any means, but the pizza is solid, prices are decent (a pizza is roughly €12-15), service is restaurant-y in a normal way, not a tourist destination way, which we appreciated. And their semifreddo dessert was actually one of tastiest desserts we had during our stay.

With the sand dunes of Maspalomas on one side and the beach just beneath, this restaurant’s idyllic location makes it the perfect pit stop between seaside naps or a great end to a full day. Serving authentic Italian cuisine, just about everything here is homemade, from the pasta to the bread – only the wine is imported, and that’s perfectly alright by us.

At first, this authentic Italian restaurant serves amazing homemade pasta and pizza is sure to be a hit with parents and kids alike. In typical Italian style, the owners are exceptionally welcoming to children. Moreover, the kids are really made a fuss of by the staff, and there’s a good children’s menu of smaller sized dishes that they’re sure to love.

Another popular restaurant with traditional European dishes is Time, while serves a menu of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. The prawn and lobster risotto is perfect for those who crave seafood, while the truffle pasta is simply heavenly and a must try. For dessert, the pannacotta comes highly recommended, as it serves as the perfect palette cleanser.

After this English mote hides the mystery of the Time restaurant located on the Avenue Oasis of Maspalomas on the island of Gran Canaria. Just in front of Maspalomas pond, the concept of Time adds to the tranquility, the relaxation and the disconnection in a lounge trend with Provencal air. In this place everything matters less time.

The place is very good, it is small and cozy, the man who served us was very friendly, we ordered a gluten-free pasta and a prosciutto pizza for MY taste, the pizza did not have an authentic Italian pizza flavor and the pasta was quite expensive.

It has the added bonus that it is gluten friendly and the pizzas are very successful. The attentive and fast service and the cozy place.
