Reviews Summary

Casa Mira is celebrated for its exceptional artisanal ice cream, boasting a rich history and a wide variety of traditional and unique flavors that delight both locals and tourists. While many praise the creamy texture and delicious taste, some find certain flavors overly sweet. The efficient ticketing system and friendly service contribute to a positive overall experience, though long queues are common during peak times.

"This ice cream shop was fantastic! The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke English, which was a great help.

I visited multiple times since they were open most of the time. This place is quite popular, and while they have another branch in the city center, this location is much quieter and offers both indoor and outdoor seating.

The ice creams were delicious, full of flavor, and tasted wonderfully authentic."

Boris Sousa (QueenBRani)

"I visited Casa Mira and tried the waffle ice cream with two scoops: dark chocolate and coffee. The ice cream tasted very fresh, and the dark chocolate was absolutely outstanding—rich, smooth, and incredibly flavorful. I’d highly recommend it to any chocolate lover!

The coffee flavor was more on the average side—not bad, but nothing particularly special. The servers were very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better.

I’ll definitely be back to try more flavors. A great spot for a sweet treat in the city!"

Ahmed Bu Asali

"I stopped by Casa Mira in Málaga and their ice cream was absolutely amazing! So creamy, rich in flavor, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients. I tried a couple of different flavors and every single one was delicious.

The staff were kind and patient while I was choosing, and the whole place has a lovely, traditional vibe. If you’re in Málaga and love good ice cream, Casa Mira is definitely a must-visit!"

As temperatures rise, here are eight unmissable ice cream flavours to sample in Malaga

Casa Mira has several locations, all of them in the city centre: Calle Císter, Andrés Pérez, Compás de la Victoria and above all, Calle Larios. This is undoubtedly the most famous ice cream parlour in the city, with its artisan ice creams and "traditional" flavour. To learn of its origins and how they created the perfect blend of turrón (the traditional almond paste eaten at Christmas) and ice cream you have to go back to 1890, when Severino Mira opened a small turrón shop in Calle Cisneros.
