Reviews Summary

Guests generally find Alcazaba Premium Hotel Malaga's prime location and rooftop views to be major draws. While rooms are often described as trendy and clean, some reviews mention noise disturbances and inconsistent amenity functionality. The staff generally receives positive remarks for friendliness and helpfulness, though breakfast service can be slow, and some guests note specific quirks in the service or room design.

"Very good indeed. A small hotel in the centre of Malaga, not far from the port. The room we had was very nice and clean... exactly the hotel we wanted. The only issue is that provide tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but without milk and more importantly, spoons!! Highly recommended."

"We really enjoyed our time at the Alcazaba P Hotel. It’s busy position means it’s noisy with people sounds most of the time inc. early in the morning. If that’s a shock to you, you are an idiot. The windows are high quality and deaden the sound massively. The hotel is a bit rustic so if you expect a brand new perfect lines interior and blinds that don’t show any wear, again, you are an idiot. The sun is hard on those wooden blinds so they have some wear marks. The interior is functional and I expect our room (13) is due to have some improvements due with the shower soon as it didn’t have a glass screen. But more importantly, the water pressure was strong and the water was hot. Reception people were friendly and very helpful and on top of their job. The cleaners were lovely people and did everything with a smile. The breakfast restaurant team were always friendly and helpful also. We are grateful for all the lovely staff and would definitely come back for the gorgeous position and balcony. Pro-Tips: Italian left of the hotel is a great option and you can still get hotel WiFi. Also, get squishy ear plugs for a better sleep if you are in bed before the bars close (attached photo)."

"This hotel is perfectly located in the middle of all the main attractions. Despite a massive street party and loud noises outside, our room was completely quiet and very comfortable. The rooms were spotless with excellent air conditioning keeping it nice and cool. Breakfast was served on the top floor and was the best quality I’ve had—definitely impressive. All staff spoke excellent English and were very friendly. Although we stayed only one night, I would recommend this hotel for longer stays. It truly offers great quality, especially if you’re used to 4 or 5-star accommodations. Plus, it has both an elevator and stairs for easy access."
