The beef tartare was one of the best I’ve had – intensely flavorful and beautifully balanced. The cheese platter featured a rich variety of excellent, locally sourced selections, all served at perfect temperature. The ratatouille was prepared with top-quality ingredients and offered a deep, fresh vegetable flavor, far from the usual generic version. But the true standout was the oxtail – simply exceptional, deeply savory, and cooked to perfection.
All of this was paired with a bold Cabernet Sauvignon – powerful, slightly high in alcohol, but well-integrated and never overpowering.
Service was flawless: professional, friendly, fast, and with great attention to detail in presentation. In fact, the overall experience was on par with, if not better than, some Michelin-recommended spots I’ve visited."
