Reviews Summary
Om Kalsum is highly praised for its authentic and affordable Moroccan tapas, offering a unique flavor experience in a cozy and lively atmosphere. While it can get crowded, diners appreciate the friendly service and the good value for money. Some reviewers note it can be noisy, but the overall consensus is that it's a must-visit for delicious small plates.
"This place is very popular! We came before their opening time at 8 pm and there were plenty of people already waiting in line. Good and inexpensive tapas, great wine, but note that it gets really full and noisy right from the beginning. Service was really efficient despite having to serve so many people in a limited space. Good mix of locals and tourists too. Recommended!"

"Authentic tapas bar with lots of options. Recommend getting there a few minutes before open. Smaller space but very cozy and inviting."

"Oh this was a nice surprise! If we hadn’t read the reviews for this place we would have walked right passed it. Doesn’t look much from the outside but inside is an amazing atmosphere and delicious food! The server was kind and helpful. We ordered few things for a family of four and all dishes were great! I highly recommend this place (and I’m picky when it comes to food and a good service level :) )"

My Top 5 Non-Tapas Restaurants in Granada
this place mainly does tapas, but their full meals are also so delicious and filling that I just had to add them in as the last restaurant. After returning from our trip to Morocco, I was in desperate need of some couscous and Om Kalsum did not fail to satisfy me. It was just as flavorful, warm, and full of vegetables as the one our host mom made for Friday dinner while we were staying with her, and very cheap if you split it with friends!
