Abrió sus puertas en la calle Albéniz en 2014 y poco a poco se ha ido creando un nombre para consolidarse como uno de los mejores restaurantes italianos de Córdoba. Tal y como dice el propio establecimiento, la Fabbrica apuesta por un nuevo concepto de la pizza, que rompe con el típico estereotipo de la pizza congelada, ofreciendo recetas originales hechas al día, de productos frescos. Por ello, su carta es más que homogénea en cuanto a este plato se refiere, instaurando el 11,50 euros para diez clases diferentes, aunque dejando tanto la margarita -por debajo, 8,50 euros-, la Avicci y la Especial -por encima, 12,50 y 14 euros, respectivamente- al margen.
