"Fantastic food and service in the stunning Andalucian city of Cordoba.
A must visit tapa bar in
Cordoba,
make sure you look this place up, you won't be disappointed.
The best tapas and racions we had in Córdoba on a recent 3 night stay in the city for my wife's birthday.
That good we returned on our last night to sample other dishes from the menu.
I couldn't single out one dish as everything we had from the menu was mind blowing.
Dishes sampled included, iberican ham, blood pudding, sweet aubergine, octopus Galician style (this was the best l've ever tasted anywhere in Spain), red prawn croquettas, tuna loin, artichokes, wood mushroom and ham shavings, best tomatoes in olive oil (wow another best ever l've had in Spain).
We entered as diners and left as friends, the staff here really know how to look after you!!!
Will definitely be returning for a few days next August"

"Thanks to google map, we managed to find this place rather than be restricted to station food options during layover at Cordoba.
Service staff was not proficient in English, but relatively easy to point and order. What we ordered was above average and we appreciate the staff’s efforts to offer vermut and sweet treats at end of meal, despite the language barrier!"

"Unassuming restaurant hidden in the neighbourhood. The first time we went at 7:30 pm, it was not opened yet. Then I realized locals have dinner late in this part of Spain. Went there again at 8:30pm. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of food like the grilled mushroom with Jarmon, their meat dishes, and excellent wine."

It’ll be you and a handful of boisterous locals in this rustic little tavern run by one-man-band Argimiro. Get a plate of jamón, perhaps some local cheese from Zuheros and throw in an order of grilled garlicky mushrooms…of course, your welcoming host Argimiro will be doing all the cooking.
