What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Restaurante Eustaquio Blanco is a highly recommended spot for its exceptional modern Spanish cuisine and outstanding service. Diners rave about the quality of ingredients, beautiful presentation, and great value, especially the 'menu of the day.' The ambiance is pleasant, with options for both a formal restaurant and a relaxed tapas lounge.
"We had dinner in the "Raciones" area (smaller dishes to share), beside the restaurant area. Everything we had was really really nice: tasteful quality ingredients, well cooked (no overcooking for the seafood, not greasy) and very well presented. Plus, it was reasonably priced. The place must be quite new, it's spotless, very clean. Good service. Highly recommended!"

"Great food and service! Loved the carpaccio with the foie, the croquetas, and they have a great selection of wine. The restaurant is big enough to host large groups and has a great vibe too."
Nina Atienza
"Hidden gem in Cáceres! Super fast service and great suggestions from the waitress. The food we received was much better than I could have expected. Don’t think it twice and just come here."

Acquiring a Taste for Spain
One of my favorites at Eustaquio Blanco in modern Cáceres would be surprisingly easy to duplicate. It was a combination of boiled shrimp, fresh asparagus and scrambled eggs with a little onion, garlic and olive oil.
