"I love this small but charming tapas bar in the centre of Burgos. Very simple tapas, yet very high quality product and very well executed. Some original combinations like pouring the “escabeche” liquid from a tin of mussels onto the potato crisps. Draft beer, wine and vermouth are popular drink options. Friendly service. All the “conservas” are excellent and so was the cecina. Good value for money."

"To be honest, a little bit below my expectations. I mean, I have been to several better places in town. But I do love their chorizo(I bought a little extra to take away) and free chorizo&snack comes with drinks are great.
Anchovies for me is a NO.

02/07/2025: Sitio original donde los haya, es una mezcla tasta pero con gusto, te ponen con la consumición unas rodajas de embutido que está muy rico, con unos picos de pan, tienes para picar latillas y embutido y parece que hacen vermut habrá que volver para probarlo. 02/07/2025: Buen sitio para sentarse y picar algo sabroso.
