Diners appreciate the friendly service and warm, traditional pub atmosphere. However, some reviews mention concerns about the interior's cleanliness and dated decor, with one diner noting a refusal to swap a menu item without an extra charge.
"Was recommended here by a couple in the next door apartment I am staying in as I was finding it difficult to get a decent breakfast. I am so glad they did. Food was piping hot, very enjoyable and excellent value for money. Service was excellent and with a smile :-).
I opted for the Full English which also comes with either a large cup of tea or coffee or orange juice.
Highly recommended."

10 Favourite British Bars: Benidorm Old Town
For anyone old enough to remember Queen Elizabeth’s Silver Jubilee back in 1977 (our hand is up); well, in the same year Benidorm’s Sherry’s Bar opened its doors for the first time. And this is what we love about the British bars in the Old Town – for nearly 50 years this place has welcomed hundreds of thousands of Brits. You can imagine Spanish food being quite low down on the ‘must have’ list for 1970s holidaymakers, so the Sunday Lunch and all things British would have provided a comforting hug.
British Restaurants
This superb traditional English pub and restaurant is located on Plaza de la Senoria in the old town. The tastefully decorated interior has a warm and welcoming feel with plenty of seating options. Established in 1977 and run by owners Jeff and Carol, this gem of a pub and eatery serves up some of the tastiest British homemade food in Benidorm.
