"We have tried several buffet libres in Costa del Sol and I like this format because you are not forced to order rations/ dishes per order. You can get the portions you like in the buffet. It’s a win win for ever if it’s this way and you don’t waste food. It’s also priced reasonably. Love the live cooking station - grill and wok! And they include the desserts in the buffet. The others don’t. My favorites are the calamares fritos, peking duck, egg fried rice, gambas al ajillo cooked in the wok, profiteroles for dessert and ice cream."
