"Waving goodbye to summer and reminiscing about Malaga’s restaurant of the moment. Chiringuito Oasis is now on the Repsol guide aka Spanish Michelin and the name says it all. At the far end of a somewhat infamous beach lies a new hideaway offering classics from the andalucian coast. During our visit we had some of the best fried fish we have had in a long time, this included: Boquerones al limón, Calamares and Rosada with alioli. The other dishes we tried were the impecable prawn and avocado tartar and the gambas pil pil. At this point we could not eat anymore and so, we will be back to try the rest of the menu. Definitely worth a detour. Tip: arrive early and good luck with parking.

We were welcomed warmly and so well looked after by Juanjo, Alfonso and all the team in Oasis. The food was simple and divine and beautifully plated. The desserts were top class too.
