This place totally shaped my understanding of Tapas. Their food is innovative and something to yearn. The Salmorejo is spectacular. The orange Salmorejo is a wonder. The most delicate Cod I have ever had. My only regret here was ordering the Salmon, which was great! But it lacked the innovative spirit. Stick to Spanish tapas and you'll wish the evening never ends."
