Reviews Summary
Enoteca Paco Pérez garners high praise for its inventive and delicious food, particularly its seafood offerings, and the elegant ambiance. However, some diners have noted that the service, while often professional, can sometimes lack the attentiveness expected of a two-Michelin-star establishment, with occasional issues in coordination and responsiveness. Despite these minor service critiques, the culinary artistry and overall dining experience are frequently described as exceptional and memorable.
"Although I am not a big fan of sea food, I was deeply impressed by the culinary mastery of the restaurant's gastronomical team as well as the hospitality & warmth of all the service staff. As all the seafood were cooked in innovative ways that preserve their distinctive freshness while greatly enhancing their delicacy and removing unpleasant smell, their methods to deal with pigeon and green beans also greatly pleased my tastes. I was especially surprised by the pretty gifts the team prepared for me in my hotel room, as the cooking book with the message & signatures from the team really warmed my heart and the olive oil & bottle opener also become my beloved souvenirs. Anyway, would definitely recommend it to my friends who have the chance to visit the beautiful city of Barcelona!"

"Service was impeccable - Jouo and Ada were so good and coordinated. I cannot remember her name, but the Sommelier was exquisite. The food was an edible art experience. The way that the plates pulled through the sea theme was amazing. Such attention to detail. The final thematic moment was the wave plate that held the petit fours. Excellent experience and the gift of olive oil in our room was lovely. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience on our visit to Barcelona."
