What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Caelis offers an artful culinary journey with immaculate plating and excellent service, earning praise for its tasting menus and surprisingly good value lunch options. However, some diners found certain dishes too salty or the pacing too rushed, leading to disappointment for a Michelin-starred establishment.
"I wish there were more stars to give. This place deserves better than to be among your standard 5 star restaurant. I sat at the bar overlooking the kitchen which was the perfect experience - watching the kitchen in such beautiful synchronization made me appreciate the attention to detail even more. The menu was 8 amuse bouche, 4 entree, 4 desserts. I asked the sommelier to pair my meal for me and he did. Every single item was delightful, delicate but interesting and rich in flavor. Enjoyed every moment of my 3+ hour experience. On top of that, the price for this Michelin star experience was super reasonable compared to Michelin star restaurants in other European cities. (For those wondering about dress - many were fancied up but I was in business casual with jeans and a blazer and did not feel uncomfortable.)"

"A high-level restaurant, exceptional service, this is our first time at a Michelin restaurant and the experience was outstanding.
All the dishes were beautiful and insanely delicious, with an explosion of flavors.
Highly recommend, a must-visit."
Yulia Maslov
"A remarkable culinary journey from start to finish. Each course was a harmonious blend of flavor, texture, and presentation, showcasing both creativity and precision. The attention to detail and impeccable service made for an unforgettable dining experience. We were extremely full when we left! To add on, thank you for offering first-come, first-served service and for treating all guests with fairness and respect. It was truly appreciated."
