"We have stayed here before and liked it, but on the most recent visit it was not nearly as good. There were very few customers, which is usually a bad sign, and food was of quite low-quality. The room seemed to have been downgraded (shortage of pillows, no comfy seating, etc.) We have had breakfast before, but this time? No breakfast available. It was not the same experience, and I fear it is getting ready to fail. A shame because it's a great building in a convenient location."
