"Everything was good; some bites were exceptional. The experience is one-of-a-kind in Alicante. It would not be far-fetched to see this place get a Michelin star someday. I probably would’ve preferred a shorter menu (say, 5 courses) with the dishes I liked most but that’s my personal preference. I found some of the demiglazes too rich but, again, it’s a matter of preference. My favorite plates were the chawanmushi and the rodaballo."
