"Ah what a fantastic taste of home. Having lived in Finland for 20 years I've craved fish and chips like crazy! The fish and chips and scampi were all absolutely perfect and the icing on the cake was proper gravy and chip shop curry sauce to drown the chips in. The lady that served us was so friendly and welcoming and the restaurant had a relaxed homely feeling. I know today won't be our only visit on this trip. Edited to add: we've now eaten here 4 times😂 We're literally addicted to eating here and although we have tried other places, it's not unfortunately lived up to our fish and chips. Fish and chips was good and worth the visit in itself. But even better was the extremely friendly staff. Every single interaction from the first hi to the farewell when I left managed to even in its simplest exchange give a profound sense of being welcome and cared for. I am still at awe over how they managed to make me feel at home in such a simple way."
