Yoogane is a popular spot for its signature dakgalbi, offering an engaging tableside cooking experience. "Very nice to experience the on tab cooking.
But you have to be worried about hygienic and take care about about the clean condition. I don’t mean that restaurant not clean but the restaurant is crowded and you have to be worry and take care of all that the food is good experience of cooking is good that’s all"

"The food is ok. I’m worried about getting food poisoning because there were baby cockroaches coming out of the burner throughout my meal..
Edit: passed by the same outlet again 3 days later and the place was gutted. They should have done that earlier 😅"

"Ordered the half spicy half non-spicy miso honey chicken, and the chili spread in the WHOLE dish because the separator was not straight/secure. Non-spicy side became spicy and I couldn’t eat it because I can’t take spice. When we told the staff, they didn’t care and they said we shouldn’t have ordered the dish if we couldn’t take spice (but the whole point was to have half half???). Poor experience, hope the staff can be more accommodating."

What to eat in Seoul: The ultimate Seoul food guide
Yoogane’s main dish is dakgalbi(or spicy stir-fried chicken), which serves in a huge pan filled with spicy marinated chicken, along with sliced cabbage, onions and rice cakes (And don’t worry, you don’t need to stir the pan as the staff will help you). For non spicy-eater, the red color from spicy sauce will make you dizzy. But believe me it’s not spicy as you see.

Our experience at Big Mama’s Restaurant @ Kim Tian Road , gave us an impression that in order to have teppan fried rice, you’d always have to order a galbi dish and finish it halfway before a fried rice can be made. But at Yoogane Chicken Galbi, you can have your Teppan Fried Rice straight!. Moreover, the portion was huge as well.

Dakgalbi was the first Korean chicken I had in Korea during my first trip to Seoul. We went to Yoogane on our first night there and had Dakgalbi (and squid) and later addition of rice, fried on the spot using the leftover spices from the same pan.
