As I mentioned before, I am really tired of the explosive Korean #finedining in #NYC … but I do appreciate great Asian fine dining. After I had an amazing time at #mosu in #Seoul, I decided to visit another fine dining restaurant this time by a chef who used to work at #michelinstar restaurant #benu under Chef Cory Lee. #seoullife #seoultravel #seoultrip #seoulvlog #seoulfood #koreanfood #koreanti...

Reviews Summary

MOSU Seoul offers an exceptional fine dining experience with creative, flavor-packed dishes and impeccable, attentive service. While many praise the culinary artistry and overall memorability, some reviews suggest the new location or recent changes have not met the very high expectations set by its previous acclaim and Michelin stars.

"been here twice before they closed and loved both visit. food and service is immaculate. Each dish was 10/10 and will definitely return when they reopen again. due to my allergy they swapped the prawn from the first bite to a paprika. while i’m impressed by the paprika, i wished it could have been a scallop instead 🙊"

"An unforgettable dining experience at Mosu Seoul.

What impressed me most was the remarkable complexity and precision of each dish. Every flavor felt purposefully designed, layered with depth but never excessive. You could truly taste Chef Sung Ahn’s culinary philosophy in every bite—something he’s spoken passionately about in recent media appearances.

In my opinion, Mosu delivers some of the most refined, cutting-edge cuisine in Korea today—undoubtedly deserving of its Michelin three stars and a place at the forefront of global fine dining"

Jaewan Jang

"This restaurant is amazing! There is a branch in Hong Kong, but the ingredients are fresher and higher quality here. The staff are super friendly and always happy to accommodate + help you with any request. The food is also amazing, I enjoyed the small bites, truffle tart, abalone taco, Hanwoo “popcorn” rice and much more! Overall, I highly recommend trying this restaurant if you are in Seoul, as it is truly great."
