Reviews Summary
Diners praise Cape Farmhouse Beer Garden for its delicious burgers, great craft beers, and friendly atmosphere, making it a perfect stop after visiting Cape Point. While some find the food options limited, the stunning location and relaxed vibe often compensate for any minor drawbacks. It's consistently lauded as a welcoming, unpretentious spot for families and beer enthusiasts alike.
"What a hidden gem! I booked for a mead tasting (honey wine) and upon our arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff and intoxicating braai smells from the grill - so we stayed for lunch. The mead tasting and food was delicious. The atmosphere is a family friendly beer garden. There is a playground for the kids to play while you’re having lunch. I highly recommend and will go back in a heartbeat. 👌🏼"

"Good food and good beers. Food options are quite limited. The burger wasn't anything to write home about But the atmosphere makes up for it. The surroundings are beautiful. Good spot for lunch if you're visiting Cape Point. They also serve various different Meads."

"Found this wonderful gem of a place by chance while on our way back from Cape of Good Hope. It’s a lovingly restored 250‑year‑old farmhouse located in a pastoral scenery.
Beautiful place with a splendid view and good beers for a warm afternoon. The location and view beat the beers and probably food but I wouldn’t change anything.
I saw they have a smoker too (American‑styled BBQ classics)
but didn’t try their food.
I’d love if this place had rooms to rent to spend 1-2 days there."
