"What a great place and perfect for a getaway with your loved one for just a break from the busy life. Friendly staff and reasonable prices for the spa treatments. Have a great mountain trail. The restaurant have good food the service is just a bit slow but other than that all is great. I will definitely recommend this to a friend."

"Disappointing Experience Despite Friendly Staff

We were really looking forward to a relaxing getaway, and while the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, the overall experience left a lot to be desired.

Firstly, our spa appointments were moved around last-minute due to staff shortages, which was already a bit frustrating. Then, during the massages, the therapists were visibly sick—coughing, not wearing masks, and clearly unwell. It felt uncomfortable and unhygienic, especially in a spa setting where you're meant to feel safe and relaxed. On top of that, the massage itself was more of a rub-down than anything therapeutic, despite asking for firm pressure.

The food was surprisingly good and one of the few highlights of our stay.

Unfortunately, the facilities weren’t up to standard. The water pressure was terrible—it took ages to fill the bath, only to discover there was no hot water. The "hot tub" was just a lukewarm bath with no bubbles, and it didn’t seem like it had been cleaned properly before our arrival.

Overall, it felt like the place has potential, but serious attention is needed in staffing, hygiene, and basic maintenance."
