"Easily one of the finest dining experiences I have ever had! The atmosphere is very welcoming, with awesome views of Singapore's skyline (70 floors high) which makes you feel you are literally on cloud nine!
The service is first-class and the vibe is classy but unpretentious (unlike many other Michelin-starred venues).
The tasting menu varies by season, and what I had was refined, delicate, and prepared with a lot of attention to details. The portions are served to highlight the nuanced subtleties of the ingredients, and you get to actually taste the individual ingredients, and appreciate how they contribute to the synergies of the greater whole (which can be quite surprising).
