What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Bon Broth offers a refined and luxurious hot pot experience, highly praised for its exceptionally flavorful and diverse broths, curated by Chef Andre Chiang. Diners appreciate the high-quality, fresh ingredients, and attentive service that includes helpful broth sommeliers and de-shelling services. While the price point suggests it's best for special occasions, some find the portions overly generous and service can be slow during peak times.
"Choosing the right Bon Broth is key to this experience. Make sure you get one you like! I don’t recommend picking thinking you will be able share broth. My husband and I enjoyed the Hokkaido milk and mala tang. Hokkaido broth was rich and creamy in the right balanced way and mala tang had taste of Taiwanese noodle soup and drinkable as soup.
High part of service were that they really read the comment section of your reservation and address it when you come in, they have de shelling service. Low side was that towards end of meal was hard to flag help in 3 instances: to order dessert, get napkin and when getting bill; perhaps because we were sitting at peripheral and restaurant became fuller at the center tables.
Recommend deluxe menu because for 20+ more you get abalone and lobster. We were overstuffed and I couldn’t finish the meal. From the ingredients which were 99% impressive, I didn’t think much of the shrimp paste and the dumpling. Having guava drink and dessert were a great touch to Taiwanese culture that I appreciate and ordered.
Pricing wise I think it hits the threshold to consider going for special occasion/gathering but not low enough for a monthly/weekly affair. However experience wise, to qualify for special occasion I would suggest the restaurant to provide some help/dessert (with a fee) with message written like happy birthday or anniversary, which is not something they do.
2pp with 3 drinks and 2 dessert was ~$388. For the ingredients provided it was worth it, just that I was way too full."

"I had an amazing experience at Bon Broth! From the moment I walked in, I was captivated by the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. The highlight, of course, was the broth itself—rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned.
I tried their signature broth, and it was worth every sip! The quality of the ingredients truly shines through, and I appreciated the variety of options available.
This place is not just about the food; it's an experience. The attention to detail and passion for what they do make it a standout.
If you're looking for something unique and delicious, Bon Broth is definitely worth a try. I can't wait to come back!"

"5 stars for their effort, broth, and experience!
You get to sample your broth and explanation of the 8 different broth to see which you like. Their broth is rich and flavourful! Definitely worth it if you love soups!
They helped to peel off shell for prawns and lobster! Just let the staff know they will bring to their back kitchen to do it for you!
Good service for anyone who wants a different atas hotpot experience! They advised to eat all the meat first as it can get quite full and you can take away their vegetables and the rest of dishes!"

The best new restaurants in Singapore 2025
For any hot pot lover, Bon Broth is one of the most unique – if slightly pricier – hot pot experiences in Singapore to add to your list. Instead of choosing your soup base from an iPad or physical menu, head to a countertop where a ‘broth sommelier’ will introduce you to eight flavours before you sample and pick your favourite. For something lighter on the palate, go for the signature Sichuan green pepper; sauerkraut; or herbal soup bases.
