What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Turandot is overwhelmingly praised for its breathtaking, opulent interior that transports diners to another world. While the food is generally considered good, with some dishes receiving high marks, a recurring theme is that the portions can be small and sometimes overpriced for the quality compared to other high-end establishments. Service is often described as attentive, though some note it could be more professional. Noise from celebrations can occasionally detract from the dining experience.
"Real magical place! Probably the most beautiful restaurant in Moscow, or even in Russia. Great place to come dine in with your special one. The food is asian to Chinese so it was fine for me. The service is good. I mean look at the place and it doesn’t matter what they serve you!
I was there for late lunch so the restaurant was a bit empty but that’s the objective to come at that time.
However, better to make a reservation."

"Outdated food in an outstanding interior
Overall, disappointing: you can try more interesting and unusual dishes with better quality for the same or even cheaper prices (WRF/Pinsky/Lucky group restaurants holdings). Menu focuses on Pan-Asian cuisine, so here you can try different Asian dishes. Appetizers are rather good - hand rolls are better than oshizushi. Main dishes were totally disappointing: octopus is really awful veeeery small portion of it, which is no cool. The most popular main dishes which were recommended by the waiter is duck was ok, but it tastes like regular duck which you can cook by yourself. And, of course, overpriced compared to the meals quality.
Cocktails are very average - there are classic ones and four signatures. We’ve tried all of signature cocktails (all of them were based on sparkling) - ok, but nothing special and extremely interesting.
Interior is really perfect: beautiful walls and ceiling with a wonderful decor - it will definitely not leave you indifferent! A giant pleasure to be inside this place.
Staff is very average - not extremely professional as it could be in this level of restaurant.
So, it’s good to impress tourists, but not for gastro enthusiasts."

"Food is yummy, however, portions are small..
Place& food is really a piece of art..
They need to work on controlling the noise from people who are celebrating as the place is so classy and beautiful..
Thanks for the hospitality.."
