What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Parisa Souq Waqif is lauded for its absolutely breathtaking, opulent interiors that transport diners to another world. Many rave about the delicious and generous portions of authentic Persian cuisine, especially the kebabs and fresh juices. While the ambiance and food are generally praised, some reviews mention occasional issues with food temperature or availability, and one noted the hostess could be more welcoming.
"This is the most beautiful restaurant I’ve been in. The decor is so breathtaking. I was very impressed.
We received from the house some traditional yoghurt with warm bread. Was very good. To eat I took the fried eggplant and a side of friends. They have the dish at appetizers but honestly is so big I was full. My husband had grilled beef on skewers and was very tender and tasty. I also tried some lamb from a friend’s dish, very good too.
The portions are very big, we were so full we couldn’t eat anymore.
The fresh juices are amazing. They were out of pomerganate, but I took mango instead and was a revelation 😂 so good and refreshing.
The staff is very attentive and pleasant. If I come to Doha again I will return to this restaurant."

"The place is very aesthetically made and comforting, but unfortunately the food wasn't. We went late night, they welcomed us but most food wasn't available which is understandable. The food ordered was cold and seemed like it wasn't made fresh. Teas were served before the food and there wasn't enough bread available. Staff are kind and available. Prices average and probably if the food was hot and available, it would match it."

"Great Menu, Food Taste + Quality + Quantity is excellent!!
Our server guided us well regarding the Food Quantities so we don’t waste.
The Ambience is an experience itself. Its definitely a must dine place when visiting Doha."
