Makan Makan Asian Food Village offers a wide variety of Asian dishes with generally good flavor and generous portions, making it a solid choice for satisfying cravings. However, some diners report slow and inattentive service, and a few have found certain dishes underwhelming or overpriced. Despite some service inconsistencies, the food quality keeps many visitors returning.
"Makan Makan Asian Food Village offers a delightful selection of Asian cuisine with bold flavors and well-prepared dishes. The food tastes great, authentic and satisfying, with a variety of options to choose from. However, the prices are on the higher side, which might not be ideal for budget-conscious diners. That being said, the excellent service from their crew makes up for it. The staff is attentive, friendly, and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The ambiance is cozy and well-maintained, making it a great spot for casual meals or special gatherings. Overall, if you're looking for good food with great service, Makan Makan is worth a visit!"

"The chicken sandwich was all bread and no meat, just a super thin spread with a few cucumber slices, no taste and had a old product smell in the bread. My burger was all fake meat. Also, the place just looks old, smelly and rusty ceiling. Don’t come here, you will waste your money. We don’t even eat she food, too bad to eat. We just take the loss and find another place.
We also ordered watermelon shake, it’s all mostly ice and overloaded added sugar.
Also, no service water, you must buy bottled water.
We won’t ever return here."

"MAY 2025 - Food was underwhelming and some dishes lacked flavor, with a few served not as hot as expected. Service was quite slow and staff seemed inattentive, which made the experience less enjoyable. The place has nice ambience, but overall, it did not live up to expectations. Overall, Makan Makan has potential, but there is a lot of room for improvement. At this stage, I cannot recommend it and would advise visitors to explore other dining options nearby."
