This cafe already has something of a cult following among foodies who have helped popularize house favorites such as the Bacon and Mango Cheese Sandwich, a savory meal made with a huge chunk of meat and a special mango-infused sauce that comes with a side of tomato soup and sweet potato hay. Percy Seafood is one of the newest concepts by The Sunny Side Cafe Group, the group behind Coco Mama, Spicebird, and its namesake The Sunny Side Cafe (check out my article about the group here). Located in the ground floor of Seaworthy Boracay, a boutique hotel by the same group, Percy serves seafood caught in the surrounding islands and cooked in Asian and Western styles.
