"We always make it a point to visit this place whenever we're in El Nido, and the food keeps getting better with each visit. However, it's worth noting that there's no longer any air conditioning, and it can get uncomfortably hot—especially since the seating is close to the open kitchen. Hopefully, they consider making some improvements to the space.
Also, just a bit of advice for foreign visitors: please don’t be quick to blame restaurants for food poisoning. The tap water in El Nido is not sanitary, and even using it to brush your teeth or rinse in the shower can cause issues. That’s likely the source—not the food."

"This is one of the best Japanese restaurants in El Nido with very tasty food and great service. We had ramen and beef gyu don, and both were great. The staff are trained well, and you are taken good care of. The space is small. The balcony has some counter sitting area, which is nice. When you go there, be mindful of the small steps on the stairs going up."
