"3rd time visiting Hatch and it's always a pleasure! On my last visit to Baguio, I made sure to visit again because I remembered really enjoying their Ube Grilled Cheese Sandwich (still delicious as ever). I also ordered a Shakerato (with less caffeine) and liked it a lot.
I went by myself and sat by the bar. The staff were super friendly and warm. I was there right when they opened so I was able to get parking easily.

"We love the space, they have a kids’ playground and kids’ activities like games and coloring materials available.
Unfortunately, we came during lunch so, breakfast meals aren’t available anymore. Loco moco and burgers are also not available so, we were left with a few options.
Coffee is great, the dirty horchata is just a little too sweet for my liking. Liked the shakerato better because of the pinipig and surprisingly not as sweet as the dirty horchata.
Ube grilled cheese deserves its hype. The bread has a tendency to be a little greasy.
There were some flies in the area as well. Hope they can control the insects somehow.
Overall, would come back for the burgers and the shakerato again."

"First time visiting this place one early morning after our family walk for out second breakfast.
Firstly, everything is expensive in comparison to the servings, considering that prices are still exclusive of service charge. Photo attached is a tuna deli sandwich, for 200. 200! They forgot to punch one of our drink orders so when we reordered, it was another separate service charge. 😪 Coffee wasn't boiling hot for my parent's liking so she had it returned. They did replace it but my mom was still not satisfied. I enjoyed their horchata though!
Good for a try but might not come back again.
Staff were not smiley and welcoming.

Their space is very limited and as they want to maintain the peace and calmness their customers want, they are on a reservation basis.
