The Grilled Lettuce with slices of duck ham, pickled vegetables, and tonnato, a sauce made from canned tuna and the reserved oil creating a full bodied sauce.

Pansalaire: excelente bistró barranquino con el buen hacer del chef Jerónimo de Aliaga. Otro lugar con excelentes pizzas al estilo de Nápoles. La más clásica es la de stracciatella.

Me gusta el borde de pan, cuando está bien lograda es muy buena, el queso que le ponen me gusta mucho, se siente muy fresco.
