Madam Tusan is a solid choice when we’re out shopping since there is one in Jockey Plaza and another in Salaverry (plus a few more locations). On my last night in Lima, I went to a Chinese-Peruvian fusion restaurant called Madam Tusan. It turned out to be one of the best dinner choices I have ever made. First of all, there was a lot of thought put into the interior.

Probably one of the most famous chifa restaurants in Lima, Madam Tusan offers dim sum as well as larger plates. The prices are relatively high, but portions are big enough for you to be having leftovers for lunch.

Meanwhile, Asian influences shine through at chifas (Chinese-Peruvian restaurants), such as Salón de la Felicidad and Chifa Wa Lok, in the historic city center and Madam Tusan in Miraflores.

I could suggest a couple, like Madam Tusan (Gastón Acurio’s small upscale chain), or Wa Lok, or Chifa Titi, which has been around for more than 50 years. None will steer you wrong.
