What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Costanera 700 is celebrated for its long-standing reputation as a pioneer of Nikkei cuisine, offering a sophisticated blend of Japanese and Peruvian flavors with exceptionally fresh seafood. Diners frequently praise the highly personalized and attentive service, where staff remember names. While the food and ambiance are generally lauded, some reviews suggest inconsistencies in execution and portion sizes relative to price, with occasional mentions of certain dishes being overly reliant on octopus.
"The restaurant is simply excellent. They provide a personalized service by asking your name and then remembering and referring to you by name (our server Antonio was amazing). We had the lobster; it was excellent, and the rice had sepia di nera, which gave it a twist. My mother wanted something healthy, so she had the steamed fish, and it was also great. The white wine pairing by the glass was pretty good. All in all, good quality price ratio. They take reservations, but on weekends after two they work on a first-come, first-served basis."
