One of the places I would recommend, especially for a sunset, is Casa Casco (with music served by a DJ, while maracuja drinks served there will knock you off your feet – positively!) and also the brilliant Tacos la Neta – awesome Mexican tacos and local beer, mixed with relaxed, back-packer atmosphere… And those views!. What more you could wish for at the end of the day?

In the middle of Plaza Herrera in Casco Viejo, this champagne bar rooftop location is a great starting point to your night. About once a month, they host a Champagne Super Soaker event where you get drunk and sticky spraying each down.

We put together a short list of some popular attractions in the Casco, including Plaza de la Independencia, Plaza/ Parque Bolivar, Diablo Rosso, The National Institute of Culture Building (INAC), History Museum of Panama, The Panama Canal Museum, the Fish Market, Lazotea, Casa Casco, and Di Vino Enoteca.

CasaCasco Terrace—$$—At the top floor of CascaCasco’s unique entertainment and dining concept is the Terrace Rooftop Bar. Primarily offering drinks, you can have some food from the three restaurants located within the CasaCasco building. Sushi, burgers andceviche rule.

Head to the rooftop terrace of CasaCasco, a multivenue drinking and dining complex with three restaurants, a nightclub, and the bar. While each establishment is worthy of a visit, we’re particularly partial to the terrace, given its beautiful views over Casco Viejo.

At Casa Casco you can enjoy dinner and drinks as the sun sets over the city, surrounded by the red roofs of the old town. There’s also the Old Town Lighthouse (as the name suggests, it’s a former lighthouse), which features a 360-degree view of Panama City.
