"Whenever I go for work from Auckland to Mt Maunganui, the only restaurant I visit is Chidori. I found the place on Google and tried the ramen; the chicken broth and noodles they made were very delicious! All the salt/soy/miso-based broths and ramen taste great. Today, I asked for takeaways as I was planning to take them back to Auckland. The owners kindly wrapped everything separately and nicely so I could cook them in Auckland. 10/10 for their food and service!"

"Lovely place to get your ramen! Ordered the two most popular on the menu, dumplings and tried the snow chicken (looks like the want to make a cheaper alternative to Chicken Fryday next door) for the price the chicken was fantastic and a good alternative!! Need to try the more spicy ramen next time!"
