What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Snack Toubkal is celebrated for its authentic and delicious Moroccan cuisine offered at incredibly affordable prices, making it a favorite among locals and tourists alike. While many praise the generous portions and flavorful dishes, some reviewers note that the quality might not match higher-end establishments. The bustling atmosphere and prime location are a draw, though the popularity can lead to slow service and long waits.
"Very friendly staff. Although they're very busy. The restaurant is located in a heavy foot traffic zone, so it is always full. That means the wait staff are very busy running around. It has a nice balcony area for people watching. The food is great and has a nice atmosphere"

"Great spot for a casual meal with delicious Moroccan food. The roasted chicken, couscous, and mixed grill were well-prepared and flavorful. The portions were generous, and the service was friendly. However, prices felt a bit high for a local eatery, likely due to its popularity with tourists. Still, a solid choice for a quick and tasty meal in the heart of Marrakech.

"We ended up at this restaurant almost by chance on our first night in Marrakech, and it turned out to be one of the best meals we had during our stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and to our surprise, the prices were extremely cheap — especially considering the quality of the food.
We were also lucky enough to get a table on the terrace without waiting, which we later realized was quite rare — every time we passed by on the following days, there were queues of people waiting to get in.
I highly recommend the meat and prune tagine — it was absolutely delicious!"
