Diners rave about the romantic ambiance, captivating entertainment like belly dancers and Gnaoua music, and the attentive service. "We had only drunk on the rooftop with 3 glasses of non alcoholic drinks. The waiter gave us a free snack. Was so generous. Rooftop was quite nice but probably only 20% of it has the best view. I went also to the restaurant on the ground floor and i found the interior looked very authentic and interesting"

"We stumbled onto this place as and unplanned dinner. We should have purchased a lottery ticket at the same time!
The ambiance is incredible. Made new friends with the clientele. The staff was highly professional. There was engaging and skilled entertainment. The traditional Moroccan food beyond compare.
Just go!"

"We visited this tucked away rooftop restaurant/bar a few times during our visit as it was by far the best out of all places we ate at. Ismail looked after us each time we went, recommending local food and wine. He was attentive without being overbearing, giving local recommendations and suggestions. The rooftop is spacious and airy, and the indoor lounge area is comfortable in what used to be a private house. We had a selection of local savoury pastries followed by a lamb dish with lentils and salad. All prepared and seasoned to perfection. The fig pudding is to die for. We truly recommend it."

We also accidentally fell into Dar Marjana, which was magical. I didn’t actually get to do this, but visiting a hammam is one of the most relaxing – and cultural – experiences you can have in Marrakech. The most popular hammams are Les Bains de Marrakech, Heritage Spa, and the super-local hidden gem Kennaria Hammam – so local in fact, it doesn’t even have a website.
