"This place was a standout, no question. The setting at Restaurant Bab Sahra is genuinely stunning – a historic masterpiece that just demands your attention. Even without factoring in the food, it's worth seeing.

We showed up completely on a whim, knowing it's typically booked solid, and the place was absolutely buzzing. But Anas Taoussi, the manager, somehow sorted us out with a table. His team, frankly, ran a tight ship, making sure we had everything we needed despite the crowd. What really impressed me was when Anas went out of his way to let us try some off-menu Fessi specialties that another party had pre-ordered – that's a level of service you rarely see. The live band was also a definite highlight, providing a great atmosphere without being overbearing.
