"Mussels, pizza, appetizers and meat dishes, everything we ordered was beautifully presented and very tasty. Appetizer portions as big as the main course. We didn't even try the desserts, because the portions are really big. We went without a reservation. Lots of tables, both under the roof and outside. A fantastic view of the old town and the mountains opens up while eating. I recommend visiting."

"Lovely setting on the Kotor old town wall, next to the river. Very scenic. Vegetarian food is available but is made as vegan. Pastas and pizzas without cheese don’t taste as good as they should.
The reason for lower rating on atmosphere is that the restaurant is very popular with smokers and we left the place after dinner smelling of cigarette smoke.
Service is good and food is served within 15-20 minutes."

This place offers really good food paired with an amazing view overlooking the old town. It’s a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal with beautiful surroundings.
The menu leans heavily toward Italian cuisine, and the pizzas are made in Neapolitan style. They were delicious light, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The size is on the smaller side, but still enough to leave you feeling satisfied.
Other dishes on the menu looked tempting, especially in the photos. However, one of my friends ordered a risotto that didn’t quite live up to expectations, so the quality may vary a bit depending on the dish.
The view is definitely a highlight here. I highly recommend visiting in the evening and sitting outside to fully enjoy the atmosphere as the sun goes down."

The walls are fortified by bastions, most prominent the Kampana tower and citadel (13th to 14th century) near the point where the river enters the bay. Close to it is the Sea Gate (also Main Gate) from 1555 allowing access from the bay, the two other gates to the city are the River Gate (also North Gate) from 1540 with the nearby Bembo Bastion from 1540 and the Gurdic Gate (also South Gate), the latter modified many times and fortified by the Gurdic Bastion from 1470. The Bembo Bastion has been converted into an open theatre.
